Senior portraits are a rite of passage. They are a celebration of 13 years of education and growing up into adulthood. We believe it’s important for these pictures to show a person’s personality. We photographed Adam of Shelby High School in several locations around Scottville and Ludington. One of my personal favorites is the picture of him with the guitar in the field.

We have a saying in our business, “the sun is our boss.” You do not really know what the weather conditions are going to bring you when you photograph outside. On this particular night, the weather conditions brought us an amazing photograph of a senior from Midland and his saxophone. This image was taken on the Ludington south breakwater. The conditions were perfect for an amazing photograph.
Meet the Brown family. They are owners of RTS Trailer Sales near Pentwater (they sell and repair recreational trailers and RVs). We had the honor of photographing the Browns this fall at their home. They wanted the portrait created because their youngest daughter, Laura, is in her senior year of high school. This is a great time in a family’s life story to create a portrait. The family had their wall portrait beautifully framed at the Artists Market in Ludington.
